What data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide in the valuation form (name, phone number, email address, details of the property and your enquiry). The site does not collect browsing data for tracking purposes (see Cookies policy).
Purpose
To handle your valuation request and put you in touch with a real estate specialist in your area to deal with it.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form.
Recipients
To provide the service, your data is shared with partner estate agencies in the area, which carry out the valuation and make contact. It is not disclosed to third parties outside that purpose or for third-party advertising.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your request is being handled and for the applicable legal periods and, unless withdrawn earlier, for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact; after that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to datosdelevante@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
As the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to datosdelevante@gmail.com, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect your data.
Additional information
No international transfers of your data are carried out.
No automated decisions with legal effects are made: the valuation is an indicative estimate.
Providing the data is voluntary; without it we cannot arrange the valuation or contact you.
The form is intended for people over 14 years of age.
